I could never tire of these shots. So glad you are on WU Leslie!

Leslie (dixiedaughter) is one of the featured wunderground photographers in the new book 'A Letter to Mother Nature' which celebrates the images on and benefits, an organization that helps those in need after a man-made or natural disaster. Please check it out on Amazon or email me on WU about how you can get the book - or even how to be in a future edition of the book.

Thank you for your generous contributions Leslie!

About dixiedaughter

Hello, my name is Leslie. I borrowed my handle from my Tennessee Walking horse, Dixie's Daughter. I am a retired respiratory therapist and home care director. My interests include photography, genealogy, historical societies, reenacting (Revolutionary War, WBTS) horse rescue, and paranormal investigating. I am also a big believer in karma and try to live my life accordingly. My husband (AUphoto) and I have two houses, one is a country house on a farm and the other is on the outskirts of Montgomery on Lake Cameron. I enjoy this site very much and love traveling around the World with you each day to amazing places. I appreciate you looking at my photographs and I appreciate you posting yours. Answer to most common question is I only shoot one lens for everything: Canon 18-200 mm. ©Leslie Kirk, 2015 with Southern Comfort Photography, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, Pike Road, Alabama
