Tensie, the photo of these lilies was taken early in the morning back in an area of thick brush and foliage and trees. It was difficult to get to them. The dew lasts for quite awhile because the sun doesn't get to them til later in the morning, or even near noon. I walk Drzl early so I know it was probably around 8 or 9 am. Thanks for asking!!

What time of day was this taken? I am still amazed at how meadow flowers can have water on them without a sprinkler or hose nearby. LOL Can you tell I live in a watered desert?

About deepwoods

Enjoy taking photos in the area of Downeast Maine where I live near the shore with my husband and our dog, Drzl, who is one half greyhound and one half rhodesian ridgeback. I am not a professional, I just shoot what looks cool or interesting to me. Thanks for looking!
