A gorgeous capture of these wonderous birds! We were recently at Bosque Del Apache, in southern New Mexico, where flocks of them overwinter. We heard them, but did not get to see them out in the open. So great to see them here. 10!

Congratulations on a super AC!!

Oh my - this has such a surreal, fairytale feel to it. I would so love to see these birds with my own two eyes, too. Kudos, and AC congratulations to you.

You must be in the *flyway* and perhaps they stopped here for a rest before continuing south for the winter. What a great capture.
