North Bend, OR (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: I stopped to take some pics of a back lit spiderweb. A farmer who had been putting out fodder for the cattle, stopped to say hi. When I told him what I was photographing, he asked me if I would be interested in a Killdeer nest. He hopped on his ATV, and escorted me up the road to the pasture gate. I was startled to find I was almost standing on the nest. It is right on the edge of the gravel, and was undetectable, until he drew my attention to it.
