Thanks, Gene! The blue is reflected from the sky ... it looked mostly dark brown ... I couldn't see any color on it.

That could be a Slaty Skimmer - (the male is overall darker than the females ) i see a lot of them ... all blue or to a darker color .... niceShot ...
