Caption: The snow is lingering and slow to go away even with the warm temps. A favorite creek for young neighborhood kids, and in the memories of many older grown-up kids and their pets playing in the creek.

Thanks! Yes, it is sad to hear. They really did not even need a doorbell as Sammy announced all visitors before the doorbell even rang. A great dog and a great owner - always together.

In Memory of Sammy Who Has Played In This Creek Daily - User EndofStreet lost his doggie yesterday. Such a gentle dog - I will miss him coming out to greet me when I go for my walks. If he came outside while I was in the area he would run out to greet me. He has a story and I can't really tell it very well - but short they rescued it from the pound several years ago.
