Hasbacha Palace - The residence was built in the 80s Nineteenth century and expanded in the years 1905-1907 in the Neo-Renaissance style of French, Dutch and Tuscan. Inside retain the original furnaces and fireplaces. Near the palace were the factory premises, mostly burned by the Germans in 1944

To polishprinz1

The palace owner, Erwin Hasbach, had a weaving factory nearby, which was changed into plywood one after the First WW.

A nice picture for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately I do not celebrate Thanksgiving any longer, but I did enjoy my chicken noodle soup and though about the days when I had turkey with all the trimmings.

Thank you Wanda. This is a special day for us but the thing that really makes it special is the many people from all over the world that built our country. Most of us, including me, have ancestors from the old country, I do enjoy your visual tour of the old country. History is so important to me.
