You went out to photograph right after I left your house, didn't you??? Why didn't you tell me and let me go with you?  I didn't have a battery in my camera anyway....Beautiful. I didn't see that on the way home, but I did see a fabulous multicolored blue balloon flying from Verona area toward Oregon. Beautiful balloon, and me with no battery..  Mom

Thanks! I wished I would have had a better composition to go with this glorious sunset. I used my zoom to get this shot, when in reality the entire sky was just amazing. The shots I took with my wide angle made the farm so tiny that basically it looked like just a pretty sky shot. But I am happy just to have seen such a lovely sunset and stand there and bask in it. Thanks again.

The rich saturation in this photo combined with the textures on the field and the contrast in the clouds gives it an uncanny 3D feel - truly spectacular, Vicki! Definitely a perfect 10!

About Vicki
A self-taught photographer that was taught to see the beauty of this place I call home and to tread upon it lightly. I consider myself lucky to have grown up among the towering bluffs that surround the Wisconsin and Kickapoo Rivers. My favorite past-time has always been getting lost in the wooded hills and valleys of southwest Wisconsin. I have always wanted to share what I saw and felt in these places and photography opened that door. I work hard to capture the essence and emotion that come over me when I visit these places.
