Rogers, AR (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Laying side by side these two seem to be in deep deer talk as Memo the doe I raised seems the calm one, while her fawn Meme isn't agreeing with it all. Not a noise or a sound comes out in the many pictures I captured of them when they look like they are talking.

Keep the images coming!
I love your photographic journal.
It is so fascinating how animals communicate with one another, and of the special bond some have with humans.

I love the closenes you have with Memo, and her baby Tom. I love deer, and wish we had some close to our home, so I could try to have this kind of friendship with one. As a kid, I got to hand feed one in Durango, Co.--never forgotten that special short 1 week bond, but felt as if she was special. No one else in the family got close, she only allowed me to feed her, and pet her. Pretty cool. Thanks so much for sharing with us. Karen
