A few years ago an investor group bought the London Bridge, disassembled it, shipped it to Arizona and rebuilt it on Lake Havasu which was dry at time but, along with the bridge, the lake was flooded and a retirement village was built there. It was, and is, a tourist attraction, but probably only because most people believed, and still believe, that the Tower Bridge was the London Bridge. I hope you Brits do not sell the Tower Bridge some day. I was glad to see that the stupid sign was taken down.
