Thanks Arlene ... Yes, the jackknife bridge is long gone. the end ramparts are still there, but they took the actual bridge down and replaced it with this one that comes over on Island Drive, on the Lake side of the East End.

About ThunderBev
ThunderBev I have lived in Northwestern Ontario all my life, and think I am very lucky! In addition to fresh air and changing seasons, there is the opportunity to attempt to catch the beautiful scenery on camera. I say 'attempt', because a picture is not worth a thousand words... the reality can take your breath away. I have always been a shutterbug, however owning a digital camera and discovering Wunderground has motivated me even more. Create your own visitor map!
