I have lived in Northwestern Ontario all my life, and think I am very lucky! Thanks Arlene ... Yes, the jackknife bridge is long gone. the end ramparts are still there, but they took the actual bridge down and replaced it with this one that comes over on Island Drive, on the Lake side of the East End.
