Westminster, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: I was taking our dog for a walk, and I saw this Swainson hawk (or Red Tail I can't figure it out) and we walked right under the hawk! I was sure it was going to fly away when we got close but it didn't. As we were walking away another hawk flew in, right behind it and landed on top of the first, and did what they do in nature. When we were a ways off I saw that the first was still there, so I got home, drove back, it was still there and I got this after sitting around for about ten minutes.

Boy, that's quite a story but so worth the drive to get your camera and the wait. A gorgeous bird and excellent capture.
