Larry, I tried to use as long an exposure as I could. I used a hard edge, 3 stop neutral density filter at f.11. Guess I could have gone to f.22, but this lens is sharpest at f.11. The water was too rough to get the white effect totally. It tuned a little bit white but not wholly. I like using ND filters and do it often.
