Thank you Tanya. Those babies and dad make me smile too. The babies still come around and I suppose the dad too. I have so many Cardinals around my yard that as adults it is difficult to distinguish them.

Hi!! You got lucky here!! It's such a treat, but seems rare,to me at least to find an opportunity to get pix of them in a family way! We had the good fortune to have a family on our porch!! And YES! Dad is a very good Dad,so is Mom too! We had three little tykes, but only noticed two when they left the nest, and so young too. Thanks for sharing your birding bliss with us!!:)

You've taken so many wonderful photos of Nature in your own back yard recently. This is my current favorite, though I've had so many favorites this month, I don't think I could pick my favorite favorite.

How exciting! Two babies! Beautiful capture!
Thank you for sharing such a great moment!
That is a fantastic shot! The eyes of both
babies are shining brightly - the clarity
and colors are amazing! The expressions you
captured both of the sadsack not being fed
and the anxious one that is being fed!
