We probably won't have clear calm water until it's too hot to stand being out there! LOL Of all the cloudy sunsets and the possibilities of the afterglow and nothing, we sat there discussing whether to leave, Mike decided we needed to wait a few more minutes. It's impossible to tell if the clouds are too low to reflect until we wait it out.

This one is my favorite. You have it just right. Normally I wouldn't care for an image split across the middle, but this is perfect. I love how you have the entire frame filled with color. Very nice. Too bad it was too windy to get really nice reflections.

About Nikongranny

Nikongranny

Old, retired with lots of time on my hands and a Nikon. Lucky for me, there is a park just north of town that provides me with migrating birds and sunsets. Since joining this site, I have a new appreciation for this scenic world we live in. I especially love the comments from so many great people on here.
