I love this shot Max. almost like a Halloween photo. Has that kind of feel too it. And yes I spent yesterday spending my children's inheritance on replacement equipment. I even got a call from the credit card company this morning wanting to know if I had actually made all these charges. I sure hope the insurance company is good to me.

Thank you, Wunderground Friends! And Thanks to the Approvers. The whole sky wasn't clouded, just one not too large cloud floated over the sun as the Snows were coming over. They seem to be in a hurry to get "north" this year. In the past, they hung around grazing for days before continuing their trip. Maybe the Canadas who have been here all winter, have the fields grazed out.

Truly exquisite! How rare and lovely for the sun to be covered just so and the birds to fly across it. Those migrations are one of the highlights of winter-leaving.

About Nikongranny

Nikongranny

Old, retired with lots of time on my hands and a Nikon. Lucky for me, there is a park just north of town that provides me with migrating birds and sunsets. Since joining this site, I have a new appreciation for this scenic world we live in. I especially love the comments from so many great people on here.
