I an trying to locate a friend he lives on lafayette blvd,his name is Fred and his mom is Marie their last name is Twist.the last I heard from them was the night when the storm hit..they called me and I told them I would call around noon the next day.If you can help my email address is kc2dif1965@yahoo.com,I'm also on Facebook under Bill Osier.Thanks!!
