The big, new windmills may be more powerful, but I
love the old-fashioned windmills the best. Seeing
so many in one spot makes my heart happy! They just
have so much character and I think they are beautiful!
Wonderful, wonderful shot and series, Trudy!
Congratulations on your Blue!

Thanks you all for such nice comments and thanks to the approvers for thinking it was AC worthy! This is NOT a museum, but at a place where they sell new windmills and repair old ones. I go at least one time during every season to take some photos and I am always amazed as to how excited I get when I catch a glimpse of them as I come up the road.

Is this a windmill museum? I noticed that all the mills are folded so as not to turn and there are no stand pipes or sucker rods on them. I know of such a collection over near Roundrock. Nice series - 10 from SE Texas.

Terrific series, Trudy! I don't think I've ever seen more than one windmill at a time, of this kind anyway. Congratulations on your AC!

I'm not sure what is better - the blades or the towers? Both add up to make a great photo. Congrats
