Caption: I don't think so. This is showing the low water level of the Mississippi River. Officials have stated that the river level has risen enough for spring barge traffic. Hard to believe looking at this shoreline.

About MTDisk

Hi, my name is Julie. Photography has always been of interest to me and now I can safely say my feet are getting wet! After raising 2 children and many commitments I am now finding some increments of time to spend on my new hobby! While still raising/training a puppy and husband I hope to hone a few skills yet! I am always in amazement of the talent on WU Photos! While I absorb, enjoy and learn from each and every one of you, I hope that your patience can hang with me while I learn. I have always loved weather, nature, animals and flora. To me it is all atmospheric related! Thank you all for your inspiration!
