Taken in the afternoon. According to one local it happened before 8AM. Scratching and creaking woke me up at 2:30am. It was the nearby trees and home respectively. The dogs were sleeping peacefully but people, other dogs and coyotes that I don't even hear will set them off. :^/ The treetop only partially snapped and is densely covered with leaves and very small branches so it may have set down gently on the car. I could see no body damage but there may have been scratches to the finish.
