The art work on the silos is printed on canvas then applied to the structure. They change them out fairly regularly. I have never looked into who was responsible. The designs are very artistic though and always consider the size and shape of the silo. I have tried to photograph this in daylight, but have never been able to get what I would call a "good" photo.

You like that one? When we were leaving the garden I told my wife, "you better drive, I will not be able to keep my eyes off the sky". So she drove and I shot out the passenger window.

About LarryD

LarryD

I really enjoy this site. The wonderful photos I see here never cease to amaze, and inspire me. I look forward to reading the comments on my photos. I am inordinately pleased when I am awarded an Approvers Choice. I use Nikon equipment and am especially fond of macro photography. I continue to be astounded by the beauty in the miniature world visible though my lens. Additionally, I rarely have to venture very far to find interesting subjects. The Henry Doorly zoo is my favorite location. If you get to Omaha Nebraska. I highly recommend you spend some time at the zoo with your camera. Larry
