Time to Gather Seaweed

Kennebunk Beach, ME (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: You need two layers of seaweed for a lobster bake: one to create a steam bed once the fire has burned to ash on top of the rocks that line the fire pit; and the second to cover the food to seal in all those yummy juices. As you can see, there is plenty at this rocky beach, accessible within a hour or so of high tide.
