Frozen Jelly Fish?

Kennebunk Beach, ME (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: The storm surge was predicted to be 22 feet along the coast of southern Maine. Looks like it made it up and over the seawall and down along Great Hill Road. The plows had a heavy load to push back both the 30 inches of snow and all the rocks that came in with tide as well.

If so, I'm glad it froze to death and that it's too cold to go swimming anyway. Don't wish to meet one that size in the water, LOL!
