This is the third time this year when I saw cloud iridescence. I took those three photos between 10.38 and 10.53 AM.

You're right! It's really exciting to see this phenomenon. As for me I love all optical phenomena that appear on clouds (halos, sundogs and the other). They're quite unique and when I see them shivers go down my spine :)

I think that people just are getting knowledge about all these phenomena and they just know where to look and to take photos, that's why cloud iridescence is becoming more common.

Beautiful, do you get these type of pics often?
I see these types of clouds usually in the afternoon, is that when yours were taken?

It is exciting to get them, but have you happened to notice that they are becoming more and more common lately? (i.e. YouTube).

I don't know about you, but I am always VERY excited to see them.
