This is not the restaurant that broke loose from its moorings a few weeks ago. That was Jeff Ruby's Waterfront, and it has not re-opened. The Hooter's in the picture is alive and well, and it is a floating restaurant but with the walkways underwater, had to close until the river goes down. I was a little bit nervous about all those power lines sagging so close to the water, too.
