Agent Fox Mulder, from the X-Files TV show, many episodes of which were filmed in Canada, Vancouver if I remember right. Mulder was always chasing UFOs and monsters like Bigfoot. He had a poster in his office of a flying saucer hovering over a tree, with the words "I Want to Believe."
