Dear Glaswegian, I guess your name must be Bill, I had just saw on the weather channel this morning some place in manatoba had at least 15 to 20 CM of snow on the ground. Reading the winnipeg weather forcast, had mentioned the rain might to change to snow and its only the 2nd week in october! The winter season is on a major head start for everyone this year. this weekend is forcasted to have a major warm up with severe weather to boot down in Illinois.
