I remember showeling snow one October in Illinos back in the late 1980s coming after a day it had been about 30C and a few days after the snow storm it was back around 30C

Most of that particular snow is gone Wilma; however they are predicting a few CMs of lake-effect snow, as north winds will be blowing from Lake Winnipeg, across Winnipeg overnight!

That was early John! We had a drastic lack of snow last winter, which led to early spring-like weather, as there was no snow to chill the air by early in March!

I heard it was heading your way but we only got much needed rain, over an inch but it sure cooled off and there was s--- in the state in some places. It is early and at least it won't last.
