I can see some hope along the pathways by the wood Heidrun: there you can see traces of green. And you know what they say: "Hope springs eternal...."

Thanks Elaine! We have had months of below normal temperatures, and a lot of cloudy skies lately; however, there is always a photo opportunity in any weather, I feel.

Thanks Gil; we still need some real grass-weeds (and only a few of them) are the only new plants. So we just have to look around for something other than the spring greenery to get enthusiastic over.

Thanks Duane! We are still waiting for spring; but we have to find something useful while we wait-no use complaining!

beautiful land and sky scape, Bill. Our NJ spring is behind the last several years, but today was warm, after 5.4 inches the past day or more.
Spring will be there soon enough! - Jim

Beautiful image Bill. Well we had a rather warm Winter, but Spring has been cooler than normal, and big freezes yet in my yard those weeds are sure growing like Weeds! First year I've had to mow weeds here before middle of May. I need to mow some more, but it's not a nice day today. Great series.
