Minneapolis, MN (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Of an ancient Mill (okay not so ancient) It is an area I hope to explore. "looks through the AC gallery and notes all the sunshine, partially cloudy and sunrise/sunset pictures There's no way of getting an AC off a cloudy day picture is there? Hmm. Okay I'll quit being silly and put this days worth of images to rest and try again next week, praying for more photographic weather."

Great mill photo, being brought up in Manchester the UK cotton mill capital I always found that grey days match the "Dark satanic mills" in photographs. Minneapolis and Manchester should be twinned cities

This captured my eye before I realized whose it was, Mary! Thought it was taken in Europe somewhere! How old is this mill, and is it usually underwater? I hope you do get to explore it more fully!

About Fieldofflowers

Fieldofflowers

Every day that I come here, I'm amazed by the awesome photos I see. I love to take photos of whatever catches my eye. Usually my photos have something to do with nature. Insects and flowers have always been a big interest. You can also find me on Flickr. Summer '09 goal: Aiming to take pictures daily, and upload some of my favorites. I hope people enjoy them as much as I do. Most of the time, the fun comes from taking the pictures, more than the actual results. Create your own visitor map! Counter started: 6-21-09
