This is the upper pond spillway where December 1, the pond level was nearly depleted. It has fully recovered and began spilling over on December 9 after our heavy rains.

Yes, we have had sufficient rainfall to
raise the water content. However, it is,
as you probably know, the snow pack that
provides the summer water table.

I confess, I don't know what that current
measure is on the mountains.

I love this! Love all the detail: moss on tree branches and dam, green pine needles, spindly branches and strong tree trunks both, the color of the dead pine needles and leaves, and are those cedar branches in the top left? Beautiful green there also. The spillway waterfall makes it all perfect. Simply wondrous!
