Caption: Used both the Lumix FZ35 and the Nikon P500 this morning to see how different they may be. There certainly is a difference. See what you think. This one is the Lumix version.

Hi, Bernard.

Thanks for looking and commenting.

I tried very hard to use the same settings
on these two so I could compare.

I'm still not sure which I prefer. Love
both cameras.

There is a difference. I use two cameras at different times, but I do not compare the pictures, as I often use different setting with the different cameras.

About Doesiedoats

I’m a native Oregonian, born in Tillamook and reared in the greater Portland area. After working in the Bay Area in the semi-conductor industry as a Human Resources Representative, my husband and I retired in 1999, returned to Southern Oregon and settled in the Williams area. Photography interests started early on with a Kodak Box camera and later a Kodak 616 given to me by my father, a semi-professional photographer. After many years of film cameras, the advent of digital photography has expanded my interest in the hobby. My camera is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100. The Pacifica Gardens property has become the preferred subject of my photography because of its natural beauty. I have captured all four seasons over the past twelve years. I’m pleased to be able to share some of those photos with my WU friends. Please visit my web site via the link below.************************************************
