Thank you so very much, Wiyaka2, for
searching out our Rowdy and leaving
such a wonderful note.

There are several folks on WU that have
followed his growing up years. It sure
has been fun for us.

Hopefully, we can get him cleaned up
after the Winter months and take some
better shots of him.

Again, thanks for dropping in.

I remember my partner showing me pictures of Rowdy as a new foal. We both chuckled over the one with him wearing the riding pad for the first time. Now? All we can do is admire this fine young man and his sense of humor. He's grown up soooo much and is as handsome as can be.

Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Thanks, Lori, BearsMom and Kim.

He's really not quite as large as it appears
as Silver was standing a couple of feet behind
him and the perspective is off.

The white patch, Kim, is a snip, as they
call it. His star is nearly invisible as
is his mother's.

I have enjoyed watching him grow. What a noble-looking stallion he is. Love his color- and those striking stockings.

Thank you Peg and Faasai.

Another aspect of the perspective is
that Rowdy was standing a little closer
to me than was Silver.

Hi and thank you PbCbb!

Rowdy is a registered Arabian stallion
that weighs about 900 pounds and is approximately
15.5 hands now. The reason he looks so very
much larger than my husband here is the perspective.
Silver was standing a couple of feet back from
Rowdy and that makes the photo show him larger
than he actually is.

He is a very gentle stallion and allows
me to handle him with little or no difficulty.

Rowdy is huge and handsome. Is he a Percheron and what does he weigh?
