Caption: I drove from Denver over to the farm yesterday. On my way out of town, I just had to stop and shoot my favorite close-in view of the Continental Divide, which I was about to drive over. The weather was good, the roads were good, just wet in a few spots that used to icy, but the wind was pretty strong and very cold. My forays out of the car to take pictures were short, both in distance from my warm car and duration.

Thanks, Heidrun and Diti! The best part of this
view is that it is about 15 or 20 minutes from my
house on the Denver side of the mountains. A
real "quick fix" when I get too much of the city!
