Monday January 28, 2013

Littleton, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Monday we had snow, the wet kind that looks likestreaks. In the tree, outside my sunroomwindow, one of the owls I watched grow to a beautifuladult, came partway out the branch to watch the snow. It's always good to see one of them looking healthy andgood.I haven't been on here in January and won't be for a few more weeks as I have much to do for workand need to catch up on lots of things I have let slide at home, too, and I am grounded til I'm caught up. Miss you guys!

She/he has a pretty nice spot there, with a thick
canopy of pine branches overhead, but enough
space to make windows to see out into the yard
and the field next door. Clever bird!:-)

Love his fuzzy feet !
He`s pretty cautious not to get them wet in this wet streaky snow !

Thanks, Mike! We have several around here. I
love it when they talk to each other from various
places on the property. Fun to listen in! Like
stereo!
