Sun & Snow on the Divide

Chief Hosa, CO (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: Sunlight shining on the snow covered mountains of the Continental Divide. A couple ski slopes are open now, having man made snow first and then the real deal. I am hoping the mountains get a lot of snow this year so we can replenish the reservoirs and lakes that are all so low!

Fantastic levels of lighting on the ranges taking you into the
sky. Using the trees in the foreground really adds to the
depth!
