This is one of the switchbacks on Berthoud Pass, and the reason I won't do this one if it has snowed or is going to snow. There are several of these switchback. The grade is not all that steep on any f them, but they are sharp curves..what I call hairpins. On slick roads, these are not amusing. Luckily for me, the roads were dry, the good weather held, and my drive was great. They also had improved the road since I was last one it. Much better!
