Caption: ...on my way TO Steamboat Springs, but the sun was too high and washed everything out, so I took this on my way out of Steamboat. This is the view you get when you first come over Rabbit Ears Pass. I couldn't get it all in one shot. This big, beautiful valley just opens up in front of you and takes your breath away. Beautiful, big open spaces as far as you can see, surrounded by mountains. It is amazing and fills you senses! I hope you can all see for yourselves someday. Awesome!
