Caption: This is what lima beans look like growing in the garden. They're not difficult to grow, and our late planting did better than the early one. I have 5 rows each about 12-15' long, and I can pick a basketful from each row every few days. Last year we hardly had enough to eat, let alone put in the freezer; this year we've had a bumper crop. Took this one by flash as it was pretty much dark by the time I finished picking.
