Thanks for looking and commenting, Bernard, Tishu, Laura, Laurel, and Rodney! Apparently no one lives there now. It is speculated that it was built from the top of an old grain silo turned upside down, so that it would float. Someone does keep the grass mowed. My first shot I had taken from a moving car; this time we stopped and walked about, but didn't approach more closely because of "No Trespassing" signs.
