Kidding Around

Westfield, NC (Current Weather Conditions)

Caption: These three nanny goats have a total of six kids among them. I'm not positive which youngsters belong to which mothers; they were all curious about me but shy, and kept their distance. It was difficult to get a clear shot of all nine animals at once.

Thanks, Tim! They did a certain amount of frisking around, but mostly just watched me nervously.

Thank you, Gil! These aren't the best shots, but I threw away a whole lot of others to get even these few. They wouldn't let me get close, and I still don't have a telephoto lens.
