Caption: These bell arches are in the trees over the road all through the park. Indeed, I don't know how they count 'over 100' displays when there are so many small ones scattered here and there. I photographed several of them but especially liked the way this one turned out.

Yes, Kat, they were! There was a station you could tune your car radio to, but also at this point the sign said "Windows down to hear the bells," and they had loudspeakers in the trees playing a very beautiful instrumental with lots of bells. The piece was written and performed by students at the NC School of the Arts just for this purpose. I checked out the Tanglewood Festival of Lights website, and it said you could click on the button below to hear the music online, but there was no button below... :(

Kathy these shots are really beautiful and I love each one. Minot has a park decorated each year but it is very commercial and not anywhere this beautiful, I am sure you really enjoyed it.
