Wow! That's some root system show, there.
Seems there are cypress forest like these
as you go through southern states on east
coast South Carolina and Georgia but always
thought they were in water-like swamps
for some reason. Great shot and find!

This is a beautiful place, and your photos show it to its best. I like seeing it like this instead of getting my big feet tangled in those roots and ending up UNDER them. You deserve an AC for this one.

We used to catch Crappies from the Link River in
Klamath Falls Oregon many years ago.

walk a ways to get to this place, don't know about
finding any lures but I will for sure know where the
Bluegill and Crappie will be hiding out when the water
comes back up :)
