I see the sadness in her each time we visit the park that serves as a shelter for primates saved from research labs or from other abusive situations (we have a yearly pass for this park as we support its mission). When I see her sadness I wonder what we had done to her.

As a race were are just too inquisitive, if only we could look and not touch. Her face holds sadness, mistrust and loneliness, at least that's how it looks to me.
