Thank you. It surely looks like a Green-winged Teal. So, now is te problem: The Green-winged Teal is a North American bird. Israel is in the Middle East where about half billion birds from north Asia and Europe passing during migration to the South during the fall and then back during the spring. Some do stay for the winter and the variety of species that do that is on the rise. However, migrating from America to te Middle East???
