Caption: A day at an incredible private 1/8 scale railroad setup. All equipment is custom built and is authentic to the 1920's time period. The Denver and Rio Grand West railroad was a narrow gauge line serving mining interests as well as passengers starting in 1870. The steam engine is a complete replica and works exactly as the originals did -- by shoveling coal into the firebox. A very fun ride with trestles, tunnels, and a long bridge.

About Bluesmaster

Coastal Oregon has stolen my heart after over 50 years in central Ohio. The scenery here offers photo opportunities that I never thought possible. I enjoy hiking and taking photos along the way. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoy shooting them. -- Randall
