Lovely shot of the beautiful climbing roses against the white porch railing. Sets off the roses very nicely. Love the shot.

Thank you. They were really nice when all in full bloom. It just takes me ages to upload pics as I am so busy with other things. Glad you appreciate my efforts.

Shutters are black, that is not a fence but it is my porch railing. The house is white siding with black shutters and dark grey mix roof shingles as well as black eavestrough.

They are done their blooming season now only a few flowers left on the stems. Another 4 weeks or so and it will be time to trim them back. I am training them to cascade over the porch front. I grew 2 climbing roses one on each end and they are starting to meet in the centre. Next spring they should be better still.

Had some good rains yesterday and this morning so everything is doing well again. Before we know it, Fall will be here and preparation for winter will be on the agenda. I have alot of bushes that I will cut back in the fall so they have a good start next spring.

Thanks so much for the comment OGAL...hope all is well with you.

Thank you everyone. Unfortunately this year because of health, I have not managed to keep them looking as nice. They are running wild at the moment and will need a good trimming back in the fall. So does my weeping cherry. Once it cools down, I can to work on getting them back into shape.

Once again, thanks for your comments.
