That is my weeping cherry SURF. It blooms in the spring then grows like mad during the summer. I have had to cut it back twice this year. The babies loved playing under it when they were smaller. With it trimmed back for winter, they now don't have the long tendricals hanging to the ground. They still play there though and love climbing it to the top...7ft.
