Nowcast | as of 7:47 PM CDT on September 15, 2014

At 7:47 PM...National Weather Service Doppler radars detected a broken line of showers and isolated thunderstorms occurring along a cold front pushing down from the north. This activity was located along a line from near Pawnee to Fairland. Scattered light showers were also ongoing across far southeast Oklahoma. All of this activity continues to move off to the east at around 25 mph. Through 9:15 PM...scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to drop south with the front...affecting locations primarily along and north of a Maramec to Grove line. Occasional moderate to locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds to 40 mph will be possible with any thunderstorms that occur across these areas. Scattered light showers will also continue for far southeast Oklahoma...along and to the south of a blanco to Big Cedar line. Rainfall amounts of less than one tenth of an inch will be common with this activity as it continues to move off to the east.
