... Flood Watch remains in effect until 6 am EDT Monday...

The Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Virginia and northeast West Virginia... including
the following areas... in Virginia... Albemarle... Augusta...
central VA Blue Ridge... eastern Highland... Greene... Madison...
Nelson... northern VA Blue Ridge... Page... Rappahannock...
Rockingham and western Highland. In northeast West Virginia...
eastern Pendleton and western Pendleton.

* Until 6 am EDT Monday

* moderate to locally heavy rain will overspread the region
tonight. Rainfall totals of one and a half to two inches are
expected in areas near the central and northern Blue Ridge
mountains. Locally higher amounts are possible... especially
along and immediately east of the Blue Ridge.

* Expect small streams and creeks to rise... possibly overflowing
their banks. In addition... flooding may occur in low lying and
poor drainage areas.
